WCAG 3.0 is an active W3C Working Draft in development by the AGWG. Requirements, assertions, the conformance model and reporting tiers are still being developed and may change. The latest published draft is the 10 September 2026 Working Draft; this site follows the editorsโ draft, which also includes exploratory provisions.

Algorithm Inclusivity Review
Group: policy-and-protection • Guideline: risk
Summary in Plain English
An organisational assertion: the organisation states that it has a policy and process for reviewing the data set, the results or the algorithm itself to reduce disadvantage to disabled people, and records which disabilities were considered and what was reviewed.
Why It Matters
Naming what was reviewed and which disabilities were in scope is what turns a general claim of fairness into something that can be checked.
